Chapaties will soon become EXTINCT ?

*Chapaties will soon become EXTINCT*

A prestigious cardiologist clarifies how dispensing with wheat can IMPROVE your well being.

Cardiologist William Davis, MD, began his profession fixing harmed hearts through angioplasty and sidestep medical procedures.

"That is the thing that I was prepared to do, and at first, that is the thing that I needed to do," he clarifies. Be that as it may, when his own mom kicked the bucket of a heart assault in 1995, in spite of getting the best cardiovascular consideration, he was compelled to confront pestering worries about his calling.

"I'd fix a patient's heart, just to see him return with similar issues. It was only a bandage, with no push to distinguish the *cause* of the sickness."

So he pushed his training toward profoundly a strange therapeutic area

โ€“ counteractive action โ€“ and went through the following 15 years looking at the reasons for coronary illness in his patients.

The subsequent disclosures are uncovered in

"Wheat Belly", his New York Times top rated book, which properties a large number of our physical issues, including coronary illness, diabetes and corpulence, to our utilization of wheat.

Disposing of wheat can "change our lives."

*What is a "Wheat Belly"?*

Wheat raises your glucose significantly. Actually, two cuts of wheat bread raise your glucose in excess of a Snickers bar.

"At the point when my patients surrender wheat, weight reduction was considerable, particularly from the stomach area. Individuals can lose a few creeps in the primary month."

You make associations among wheat and a large group of other medical issues.

80% of my patients had diabetes or pre-diabetes.

I realized that wheat spiked glucose more than nearly whatever else, so I stated, "We should expel wheat from your eating regimen and see the end result for your glucose." They'd returned 3 to a half year later, and their glucose would be drastically diminished.

However, they likewise had all these different responses:

"I expelled wheat and I shed 38 pounds." Or, "my asthma showed signs of improvement, I discarded two of my inhalers."

Or on the other hand "the headache cerebral pains I've had each day for a long time ceased inside three days." "My indigestion is presently gone."

"My IBS (Irritable entrail disorder) is better, my ulcerative colitis, my rheumatoid joint inflammation, my mind-set, my rest . . .", etc, etc".

When you take a gander at the cosmetics of wheat, Amylopectin An, a substance interesting to wheat, is a mind boggling trigger of little LDL particles in the blood โ€“ the main source of coronary illness.

At the point when wheat is expelled from the eating routine, these little (LDL represents low-thickness lipoproteins) levels dive by 80 and 90 percent.

Wheat contains elevated amounts of Gliadin, a protein that really animates craving. Eating wheat builds the normal individual's calorie consumption by 400 calories every day.

Gliadin likewise has sedative like properties which makes it "addictive".

Nourishment researchers have known this for just about 20 years.

Is eating a sans wheat diet equivalent to a sans gluten diet?

Gluten is only one part of wheat.

On the off chance that we removed the gluten from it, wheat will even now be awful since it will in any case have the Gliadin and the Amylopectin A, just as a few other unwanted parts.

Without gluten items are made with 4 essential fixings: corn starch, rice starch, custard starch or potato starch.

Furthermore, those 4 dried, powdered starches are a portion of the sustenances that raise glucose much higher.

NOTE:Gluten is the fundamental protein found in wheat and a couple of different grains like rye, spelt and grain.

Its name is gotten from its paste like (glu-ten) properties.

I urge individuals to come back to REAL nourishment:

Natural products

Vegetables

what's more, nuts and seeds, Unpasteurized cheddar ,

Eggs and meats

Wheat truly changed during the 80s because of a progression of methods used to expand yield, including hybridization. It was reproduced to be shorter and sturdier and furthermore to have more Gliadin, (an intense craving stimulant)

The wheat we eat today isn't the wheat that was eaten 100 years prior.

On the off chance that you quit eating breads/pasta/chapatis consistently, and begin eating rice with chicken and vegetables, despite everything you get more fit since rice doesn't raise glucose as high as wheat, and it additionally doesn't have the Amylopectin An or the Gliadin that invigorates craving. You won't have a similar increment in calorie admission that wheat causes.

That is a piece of the motivation behind why remote societies that don't expend wheat will in general be slenderer and more advantageous.

Expectation you like this Post...

So,Dear what's your opinion about Wheat?...!!!

What sorts of substance might you want to see more on this blog?

I'd like to develop my readership. Would you be able to enable me to out by sharing this blog entry?

Usse ahsas ho gya ke usse kitna pain ho rha h...wo achhe pariwar ka bachha emotional ho gya...Usne uss rote bachhe ka dard mehsus jo kr liya tha...but wo kuchh nhi krr skta tha uss bachhe ke liye.

Keep ur emotion this is as important as your sense organ...

Sense organ is use to sense any stimuli in the environment...in the same manner Emotion is use to feel someone.

Emotion is a mental state variously associated with thoughts, feelings, behavioural responses, and a degree of pleasure or displeasure. There is currently no scientific consensus on a definition. Emotion is often intertwined with mood, temperament, personality, disposition, and motivation. (Wikipedia)

Solutions that seek to minimize the emotional response-

Time delay :-In theory, the simplest strategy for minimizing emotional magnitude is to let time pass before making a decision. Emotions are short-lived. Facial expressions are fleeting, and physiological responses quickly fade.

Suppression:-Although suppression is often touted in the popular literature (e.g., โ€œcontrol your angerโ€), research indicates that it is often counterproductive, intensifying the very emotional state one had hoped to regulate. Attempting to avoid feeling an emotion will typically reduce oneโ€™s expressive behavior but have little or no impact on oneโ€™s subjective experience of the emotion. Indeed, physiological reactions to suppression are often mixed and frequently deleterious.

Reappraisal. Reframing the meaning of stimuli that led to an emotional response, i.e., reappraisal, has consistently emerged as a superior strategy for dissipating the emotional response. Reappraisal includes such behaviors as reminding oneself โ€œitโ€™s just a testโ€ after receiving a poor exam grade, adopting the mindset of a nurse or medical professional to minimize the emotional impact of viewing someoneโ€™s injury, or viewing a job layoff as an
opportunity to pursue long-forgotten dreams.

Major conclusion from the
past 35 years of research on emotion and decision making include:

Emotions constitute powerful and predictable drivers of decision making. Across different types of decisions, important regularities appear in the underlying mechanisms through
which emotions influence judgment and choice.

Researched-Based Reasons to Hug your Kids

Researched-Based Reasons to Hug your Kids

Children need the loving affection of their parents to feel emotionally secure, and to know that they are unconditionally accepted into the family. The physical intimacy of a hug builds trust and a deep sense of safety in our children, which frees them up to enjoy the world around them.

During distress, high level of cortisol is released circulating through the body and the brain. ... Hugs trigger the release of oxytocin to lower the level of stress hormone and prevent harmful effects. Hugging helps children learn to regulate their own emotions and become more resilient.

There are four hormones which determine a human's happiness -
1. Endorphins,
2. Dopamine,
3. Serotonin, and get
4. Oxytocin.
It is important we understand these hormones, as we need all four of them to stay hilly.

Let's look at the first hormone the Endorphins. When we exercise, the body releases Endorphins. This hormone helps the body cope with the pain of exercising.

We then enjoy exercising because these Endorphins will make us happy. Laughter is another good way of generating Endorphins. We need to spend 30 minutes exercising every day, read or watch funny stuff to get our day's dose of Endorphins.

The second hormone is Dopamine. In our journey of life, we accomplish many little and big tasks, it releases various levels of Dopamine.

When we get appreciated for our work at the office or at home, we feel accomplished and good, that is because it releases Dopamine.

This also explains why most housewives are unhappy since they rarely get acknowledged or appreciated for their work.

Once, we join work, we buy a car, a house, the latest gadgets, a new house so forth. In each instance, it releases Dopamine and we become happy.

Now, do we realize why we become happy when we shop?

The third hormone Serotonin is released when we act in a way that benefits others.

When we transcend ourselves and give back to others or to nature or to the society, it releases Serotonin.

Even, providing useful information on the internet like writing information blogs, answering peoples questions on Quora or Facebook groups will generate Serotonin.

When we hug our children Oxytocin is released. Similarly, when we shake hands or put our arms around someone's shoulders, various amounts of Oxytocin is released.

เคฏเฅ‡ เคชเคขเคผเฅ‡:
So, it is simple, we have to exercise every day to get Endorphins,
we have to accomplish little goals and get Dopamine,
we need to be nice to others to get  Serotonin and
finally hug our kids, friends, and families to get Oxytocin and we will be happy. When we are happy, we can deal with our challenges and problems better.

Now, we can understand why we need to hug a child who has a bad mood.

So to.make your child more and more happy day by day ...

1.Motivate him to play on the ground - Endorphins

2. Appreciate your child for his small achievements- Dopamine

3.inculcate sharing habit through you to your child - Serotonin

4. Hug your child -Oxytocin

Bottom line:

When we feel Grateful for the given things, the level of secretion of happy hormones z high.

So install the attitude of gratitude with us and our children

How seats are given to the passengers in Indian Railway? | Why IRCTC does not allow you to choose seats?

Why  IRCTC does not allow you to choose seats?

Would you believe that the technical reason behind this is PHYSICS.

Booking a seat in a train is far more different than booking a seat in a theatre.

Theatre is a hall, whereas train is a moving object. So safety concern is very high in trains.

Indian railways ticket booking software is designed in such a way that it will book tickets in a manner that will distribute the load evenly in a train.

An example to make things  more clear : Imagine there are sleeper class coaches in a train numbered S1, S2 S3... S10, and in every coach there are 72 seats.

So when some one first books a ticket, software will assign a seat in the middle coach like S5, middle seat numbered between 30-40, and preferably lower berths (Railways first fills the lower berths than upper one so as to achieve low centre of gravity).

And the software books seats in such a way that all coaches have uniform passenger distribution and seats are filled starting from the middle seats (36) to seats near the gates i.e 1-2 or 71-72 in order from lower berth to upper.

Railways just want to ensure a proper balance that each coach should have for equal load distribution.

That is why when you book a ticket at the last, you are always allotted an upper berth and a seat numbered around 2-3 or 70, except when you are not taking a seat of someone who has cancelled his/her seat.

What if the railways book tickets randomly ? A train is a moving object which moves around at a speed of around 100km/hr on rails.
So there are a lot of forces and mechanics acting on the train.

Just imagine if S1, S2, S3 are completely full and S5, S6 are completely empty and others are partially  full. When the train takes a turn, some coaches face maximum centrifugal force and some minimum, and this creates a high chance of derailment of the train.

This is a very technical aspect, and when brakes are applied there will be different braking forces acting at each of the coaches because of the huge differences in weight of coach, so stability of train becomes an issue again.

/Good information worth sharing, as often passengers blame the Railways citing inconvenient seats/ berths allotted to them.

Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity

Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity

This is the INTRODUCTION of Einstein's Theory of Relativity

The theory of relativity, or simply relativity, encompasses two theories of Albert Einstein: special relativity and general relativity. However, the word "relativity" is sometimes used in reference to Galilean invariance.
The term "theory of relativity" was coined by Max Planck in 1908 to emphasize how special relativity (and later, general relativity) uses the principle of relativity.

SPECIAL RELATIVITY

Special relativity is a theory of the structure of spacetime. It was introduced in Albert Einstein's 1905 paper "On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies" (for the contributions of many other physicists see History of special relativity). Special relativity is based on two postulates which are contradictory in classical mechanics: 1. The laws of physics are the same for all observers in uniform motion relative to one another (principle of relativity), 2. The speed of light in a vacuum is the same for all observers, regardless of their relative motion or of the motion of the source of the light. The resultant theory agrees with experiment better than classical mechanics, e.g. in the Michelson-Morley experiment that supports postulate 2, but also has many surprising consequences. Some of these are: โ€ข Relativity of simultaneity: Two events, simultaneous for one observer, may not be simultaneous for another observer if the observers are in relative motion. โ€ข Time dilation: Moving clocks are measured to tick more slowly than an observer's "stationary" clock. โ€ข Length contraction: Objects are measured to be shortened in the direction that they are moving with respect to the observer. โ€ข Mass-energy equivalence: E = mc2, energy and mass are equivalent and transmutable. โ€ข Maximum speed is finite: No physical object or message or field line can travel faster than light. The defining feature of special relativity is the replacement of the Galilean transformations of classical mechanics by the Lorentz transformations. (See Maxwell's equations of electromagnetism and introduction to special relativity).

GENERAL RELATIVITY

General relativity is a theory of gravitation developed by Einstein in the years 1907-1915. The development of general relativity began with the equivalence principle, under which the states of accelerated motion and being at rest in a gravitational field (for example when standing on the surface of the Earth) are physically identical. The upshot of this is that free fall is inertial motion; an object in free fall is falling because that is how objects move when there is no force being exerted on them, instead of this being due to the force of gravity as is the case in classical mechanics. This is incompatible with classical mechanics and special relativity because in those theories inertially moving objects cannot accelerate with respect to each other, but objects in free fall do so. To resolve this difficulty Einstein first proposed that spacetime is curved. In 1915, he devised the Einstein field equations which relate the curvature of spacetime with the mass, energy, and momentum within it. Some of the consequences of general relativity are: โ€ข Time goes slower in higher gravitational fields. This is called gravitational time dilation. โ€ข Orbits process in a way unexpected in Newton's theory of gravity. (This has been observed in the orbit of Mercury and in binary pulsars). โ€ข Rays of light bend in the presence of a gravitational field. โ€ข Frame-dragging, in which a rotating mass "drags along" the space time around it. โ€ข The Universe is expanding, and the far parts of it are moving away from us faster than the speed of light. Technically, general relativity is a metric theory of gravitation whose defining feature is its use of the Einstein field equations. The solutions of the field equations are metric tensors which define the topology of the spacetime and how objects move inertially.

Final Words

Unusual Facts About Albert Einsein

The pathologist who did an autopsy on Einstein's body, stole his brain and kept it in a jar for 20 years.
His Nobel prize money went to his ex-wife in a divorce settlement.
His Nobel prize wasn't for relativity, it was instead for the photoelectric effect.
Einstein was offered the presidency of Israel.

He failed his university entrance exam and had to re-apply a year later.
Einstein married his first cousin.
