2020: New Education Policy | New system of school education

Indian Education policy has been changed after 34 years. HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' said that this policy will pave an important path. This will prove to be a milestone in the construction of new India. •  Under the new education policy, now students up to 5th will be taught in mother tongue, local language and national language only.

• Examination will be done in the semester from 9th to 12th class. Schooling will be taught under the 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 formula

• At the same time, college degree will be 3 and 4 years old. That is, certificate will be given on first year of graduation, diploma on second year, degree in third year.

• The 3-year degree is for those students who do not have to take higher education. At the same time, students doing higher education will have to do a 4-year degree. Students doing 4 years degree will be able to do MA in one year.

• Now students will not have to do MPhil. Rather MA students will now be able to do PHD directly.

• Students will be able to do other courses in between

By 2035 the gross enrollment ratio will be 50 percent in higher education. At the same time, under the new education policy, if a student wants to do another course in the middle of a course, then he can take a second course by taking a break from the first course for a limited time.

Many improvements have also been made in higher education. Improvements include graded academic, administrative and financial autonomy. Apart from this, e-courses will be started in regional languages. Virtual labs will be developed. A National Educational Scientific Forum (NETF) will be started. Please tell that there are 45 thousand colleges in the country.

Same rules will be there for all government, private, deemed institutions

Higher education secretary Amit Khare said, 'Technology and online education have been emphasized in the new reforms. Right now we have different rules for deemed universities, central universities and standalone institutions. The rules will be the same for all under the new education policy.

HRD Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokharila Nishank said that I not only hope but have full confidence that India will regain its glory through the new Education Policy 2020. HECI - General Regulatory Body for Complete Higher Education

The Higher Education Commission of India (HECI) will be set up as a single overlapping umbrella body for all higher education except medical and legal education. The HECI has four independent verticals - the National Higher Education Regulatory Council (NHERC) for regulation, the General Education Council (GEC) for standard setting, the Higher Education Grants Council for funding (HEGC), and the National Accreditation Council for Accreditation. (NAC).

NEP2020: Various new provisions for children with disabilities

New policy approved for 21st century after 34 years

Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the cabinet has approved a new education policy for the 21st century under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This is important, as there was no change in education policy for 34 years.

New Circulars and Structures: The new education policy proposes a new circular and educational structure, with a 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 design, covering children aged 3-18 years.

(II) Three-Year Preparation (or Letter Primary) Stage: Grades 3, 4, 5;

When New Education Policy 2020 come into force

It is likely that New Education Policy can be started from 2022-23 session or onwards. Education ministry (earlier HRD MINISTRY) said that all arrangements and training process of teachers and publishing new syllabus book will take time and most probably it will occur in 2022, if done at fast pace.

अब, जिसके संस्कृति में 95 आए हैं वो भी संस्कृति नहीं बोल पा रहा है। History के नाम पर इतनी मोटी मोटी किताबे हैं जिसका कोई मतलब नहीं है। आज के तारीख में आपको कुछ भी पता करना हो तो आप गूगल से पता कर लोगे। उसके बाद आपको इतना कुछ याद रखने की जरूरत नहीं है। Government School में हर क्लास में एक इंगलिश की एक बुक है, 12-12 साल लगाने के बाद भी इंगलिश नहीं बोल पा रहे है। और विदेशों मै बिना किसी बुक को हाथ लगाए 5 साल का बच्चा सीख लेता है। ऐसा क्यूं?

क्यूंकि उसको ऐसा एन्वाइरन्मेंट मिल जाता है।

आप सब को (a+b)² तो याद ही होगा हमने रटा जो है। इसका वास्तविक जीवन में क्या काम है ये किसी को नहीं पता। बस पढ़ने को बोल दिया जा रहा है। हो सकता है इसका मतलब हो लेकिन आप प्रयास कर के देखिए, किसी को नहीं पता है।

हां, यदि आपने कुछ उल्टा बोल दिया तो चार हसने वाले लोग जरुर मिल जाएंगे।

इंडियन एजुकेशन सिस्टम कैसी होनी चाहिए?

किंडरगार्टन के बच्चो को सीखने के लिए जो तरीके होती हैं वो लाख गुना बेहतर है कॉलेज की वो रटने वाले तकनीक से। और जिन बच्चों को बहुत ज्यादा नंबर आतें है न जो वो एग्जाम में छुपा छुपा के लिखते है। (आपके क्लास में ऐसा कौन था उसका नाम कमेंट करें) आप देखोगे कि जब वो रियल लाइफ में आते है तो ज्यादातर परेशान होते हैं। सब लोगों का एक जैसा सिलेबस एक जैसा अटेंशन और सेम चीज सिखाई जाती है, बिना उसके capability देखे और क्रिएटिविटी का दूर दूर तक कोई मतलब नहीं दिखाई देता।

अब एक लाइन से आप शेर, मछली, सांप, और हाथी सब को खड़ा कर दो। और उनको बोलो कि सामने पेड़ पर चढ़ के दिखाओ। उनको तो जिंदगी भर यही लगेगा कि वो किसी काबिल ही नहीं हैं।
और महाभारत में द्रोणाचार्य ने पांडवों को उनके स्किल के हिसाब से उनको चीजें सिखाई, सबको एक ही विध्या नहीं सिखाई।

हमारे एजुकेशन सिस्टम में ज्यादा कुछ ऑप्शन्स नहीं है। सबसे ऊपर साइंस, कॉमर्स, और सबसे अंत में आर्ट्स। आर्ट्स लेने वाले लोग को तो इतना हल्के में लेते हैं जैसे वो किसी काम के है नहीं। हर मां- बाप को तो आज डॉक्टर या इंजिनियर ही बनाना चाहते हैं। कॉलेज वाले कुछ एक्सट्रा विषय जोड़ भी देते हैं तो मां बाप बोलेंगे कि एंट्री ही नहीं कराएंगे। तो सारा पैसा बर्बाद होगा कॉलेज का। ऐसे में ऑप्शन्स कहां से आएगा?

बचपन से ही आपकी ट्रेनिंग स्टार्ट हो जाती है। मां, बाप, भाई, बहन, रिश्तेदार सब यही समझते हैं कि आपके मार्क्स अच्छे नहीं आएंगे तो आपकी अच्छी जॉब नहीं मिली, तो आपकी जिंदगी बेकार है।

आप अपने लाइफ की क्रिएटिविटी को साइड रखते हो और ये अच्छे मार्क्स और अच्छी जॉब पना आपका सपना बन जाता है। और जब ये सपना पूरा हो जाता है तो आप दूसरों को इर्ष्या फील करवाओगे, नीचा महसूस करवाओगे। और यही ये सपना टूट जाता है तो सेल्फ डाउट में आ जाओगे, बाहर वाले आपको उतना नीचा नहीं समझेंगे जितना आप अपने खुद के नज़रों में गिर जाओगे।

लेकिन वो पूरी कंपनी चला सकता है। ये को स्किल है इसके बारे ने क्यूं बात नहीं होती। लोग अपने 25% से ज्यादा जिंदगी इस current education system में लगा देते हैं। ताकि आपने से काम पढ़े लिखे आदमी के कंपनी में जा के उसके लिए काम कर सके। इंडिया की करेंट एजुकेशन सिस्टम अगर इतना अच्छा है तो जो भी सेलिब्रिटीज हैं, जो पॉलिटीशियन लोग है, अपने बच्चे को विदेशों में पढ़ने को क्यू भेजते हैं।

समाधान

पॉलिटीशियन, जिन्हें इस देश को उन्नति पर ले जाना चाहिए। वो अपने बच्चे को विदेश ले जा रहे हैं। ये क्या बात हुई? इसका एक समाधान यह हो सकता है कि पॉलिटीशियन जिस एरिया से वो जीते हों उसी एरिया के Government College में उनके बच्चे को पढ़ना कंपल्सरी हो जाए। तभी वहां की गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज सुधार सकती है।







368 सरकारी चपरासी के सीट के लिए 1.5 लाख ग्रेजुएट 24,968 पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट ने apply किया। कई लोग 5-5/6-6 साल से सरकारी नौकरी के लिए त्यारी कर रहे है। उनसे पूछिए कि वो क्यूं इतना समय गवा रहे हैं तो वो यही बोलेंगे की जॉब सेक्योर है, काम नहीं भी करेंगे तो निकला नहीं जाएगा। ये सारे कामचोरी वाली बातें माइंड में इसी लिए आती हैं क्यूंकि जो हमारे भारत का एजुकेशन सिस्टम है वो इतना कॉन्फिडेंस ही नहीं देता है कि हम अपने स्किल के दम पर काम करें और हम निकालने का डर ना हो। अगर मै आगे आने वाले 5 साल की बात करूं तो जो technology के आने वाला है उससे इतना ज्यादा बदलाव आ जाएगा कि जो आज हम पढ़ रहे हैं पता नहीं उस समय वो रेलेवेंट होगी भी या नहीं।

Neil Armstrong was not first on Moon?

On 20 July ,1969 Neil armstrong became the first one to land on moon from the Earth. It is well written everywhere that Neil Armstrong was the first person to land on the Moon. It was America's great achievement and for humankind too. There are some conspiracy that tells and proves that America' s Moon landing was suspicious.  There are some evidences that indicates  that Armstrong Landing on Moon was fake. Most of the conspiracy theories suggest that the image we see today is actually edited. It is said that with the help of some organistations, NASA and USA faked the world and actually no any astronauts were ever landed on the Moon. This topic was over heated when  Fox television network released a documentry that - DID WE EVER LANDED ON THE MOON?  This documentry claimed that NASA just faked us to win the race of moon landing in 1969.

Now a question arises if this conspiracy is true then what could be motive of US or NASA behind it?

First reason could be the Space Race, where two powerful nation of that time - USA and USSR who were in a competition to develope a misile system for Cold war. And who wins this race could be said to be more powerful and it could create world- Claim.

Second theory says that NASA faked about moon landing so that it could get funds. For its moon mission NASA got about US $30 billion and to continue its funding they claimed to land on moon.

Third theory suggests that, to distract the world from VIETNAM- War, this news was spreaded, and NASA helped in it so that its funding would not stop as money was to be invested in war not in research.

It is caused by overexposure: the bright white areas of the emulsion "bleed" over the thin black crosshairs. One thing more to focus is that u can see "C" on the rock. This generally come on most likely printing imperfections and do not appear in the original film from the camera.

If you see closely to this image now, then one conspiracy arised that about the position of shadows of Armstrong and his mate.  Questions arised on the wrong angle of shadows of two men. 

One conspiracy theory tells how America was making efforts to win space war that America took help of NAZIs scientists. Those persons who were said to be world claim criminals. America destroyed their criminal data and make them a part of NASA moon landing mission part. NASA had brought Nazis in not number of 10 or 20 , about 1500 Nazis were brought to NASA headquarters. That time American President had already said that he will do anything to win over USSR.

In this image you can see clearly the flag is waving on the moon , that is impossible on moon as there is no atmosphere on the moon. second the picture was high quality for that time that only studio camera could capture it. this again raised question that " Did we ever landed on the moon?" 

How ever all these theories were not claimed to be alse and even scientifically not examined. that's why even after 4 decades it is a question on Armstrong's Landing - Real or Fake.
