You are continuously using your gadget, especially mobile phones all day and all night. This routine might be very charming for you. But, the excessive use of devices can't be soothing for your body, your brain and your social life.
On the one hand, mobile gadgets are very convenient for people. They have created ease in the circulation of information and knowledge in this modern world. Excessive use of these gadgets is very hazardous. The most significant level of influence is observed in Kids. Busy parents often adopt gadgets as a way to keep their kids busy.

A reassuring voice, even for a minute, can help you to put the things in perspective. Sometimes talking to a friend or contacting them is not possible. In this case, try to talk calmly to yourself. Yes, It can be the next best thing for you. It might seem a bit crazy, but trust me it is actually helpful.
Tell yourself whenever you are stressed out, what you have to do for the completion of the task which is at your hand and most importantly tell yourself that "everything will be okay."

Proper diet is closely related to levels of stress. When you are happy and overwhelmed, you go to a resort to eat sugary, fatty snacks. And in happiness, you consume them too much. Try to avoid sugary food and plan ahead.
Fruits and vegetables are always good. Fish has higher omega-3 fatty acids can be taken to reduce the symptoms of stress.
To reduce your stress levels, you need to release more endorphins. Endorphins are connected with improved mood. They reduce the level of the stress-causing hormone cortisol.

Laughing can hack your nervous system into making you happy and increasing the release of endorphins. You can watch some drama comedy movie to laugh and release your stress.

A dose of caffeine can cause a short term spike in blood pressure. And can cause your hypothelmic-pituitary-adrenal axis to take control of your body. Which releases your stress level for a short time. Instead of energy drinks try green tea as it has less caffeine and contains more antioxidants. As well as theanine which has a calming effect on the nervous system.

Most of the tips I've suggested can provide immediate relief, but there are so many lifestyle changes that can have a long term effect.
7. Yoga and Exercise
Be mindful of yourself. Try yoga and exercise. The concept of mindfulness is a large part of meditative approaches to better mental health. It has become more popular recently.
Exercise doesn't always mean to lift some heavy weights in the gym or train for a marathon. A short walk around your office, or simply stretching up during breaks can have an immediate effect to relieve stressful situations.
8. Breathing Exercise
Take a deep breathe whenever you feel stressed and hold it deep for a few seconds. This technique can help you a lot.
For an easy 3-5 minutes of exercise, breathe in and out slowly and deeply, concentrating on your lungs and chest.
